Refunds and returns:

 

Items listed as "ready to dispatch" can be returned (if unworn) within 28 days for a credit note or exchange, or within 7 days for a full refund. Bespoke pieces and items listed as "handmade to order" are non-returnable, unless the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months of the purchase.  For damaged items, please advise Jenny within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Faulty items will be inspected by Jenny upon receipt, and may not be accepted as faulty if it is considered that the item has been subject to reasonable wear and tear.
 
Return shipping: 
Buyers wishing to return a purchase are responsible for all return postage and handing fees. Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible, or otherwise carefully wrapped.  A return address is recorded on the invoice sent with the item. 

 

In the UK - all jewellery should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a secure and traceable delivery.  For Europe and Worldwide orders - the method of return should be tracked and insured to the value of the goods.  Jenny accepts no responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.  Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be for the original value of the item purchased, excluding delivery costs and taxes if appropriate.

It is recommended that buyers contact Jenny prior to returning the item(s) to discuss any issues and potential solutions (e.g. re-making a faulty item).  Please use the contact form on this site or email jmaynardjewellery@yahoo.com.

 

Delivery:

 

Delivery is free on all orders and is sent by Royal Mail.

 

Items listed as 'ready to dispatch' are usually shipped by standard post within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.  
 
Items listed as 'handmade to order' will usually be shipped within 5-7 working days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Items requiring additional time for completion (e.g. special orders) may not be shipped within 5 -7 business days and Jenny will let you know where this is the case. The length of time it takes to ship 'made to order' items reflects the time it takes to make an item by hand.

Buying handmade:

All of Jenny's work is handmade using traditional metalsmithing techniques.  This means that each piece will be slightly different to the next, which adds to their character and appeal.  Whilst Jenny aims to make each piece as shown in the listing photo's, there may be slight variations in the finish.

Hallmarking:

All precious metal jewellery made and sold by Jenny is hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. For further information, please see the Hallmarking Dealers Notice.
